All orders are packaged so that they will not get injured. In the extremely unlikely event that your item is damaged or broken you may return it for a replacement or if that item is no longer in stock we will offer a refund
Postage costs are stated when purchasing an item, unfortunately postage costs can only be refunded if an item is damaged or broken (faulty).
All items are sent within 7 working days unless other wise specified (maybe longer for custom made items).
You have 7 working days to cancel an order and we will refund as soon as possible. If the item(s) have already been sent you will have to return before refund is given and postage and packaging for returning items will not be refunded unless the item is broken or damaged (faulty). Any item being returned must be within 30 days of receipt of item. Refunds will be given directly back in the same payment method as they were received. Refunds cannot be given for any custom-made item ordered.
